YOU MUST HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU COME TO Sign up!!
Documents needed:  long form birth certificate for the children (must have parents name on it), and N.J. Driver's License or N.J. Photo ID from DMV. NO PASSPORT  If you are not the biological parent-you must have court appointed custody papers!!!
